Benjamin L. Yousef

Benjamin L. Yousef joined Paule, Camazine, & Blumenthal, P.C., in 2022. His legal practice focuses primarily on transactional matters such as business entity selection and formation, vendor and employment agreements, general business administration and compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and commercial leases. He works with a wide range of businesses including manufacturers, car dealers, not-for-profit entities, property owners, small and medium sized closely-held/family businesses, and regulated enterprises. Mr. Yousef also handles estate planning matters such as preparing trust, wills, beneficiary deeds, and medical/general powers of attorney.

Developing personal relationships is integral to Benjamin’s work with his clients. He invests time learning about his clients’ needs and related businesses, which allows him to determine creative solutions and anticipate problems before they escalate. Mr. Yousef’s firm and consistent approach to problem-solving and strong relationships allows him to efficiently and effectively resolve both day-to-day and complex matters.
