D. Keith Henson has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 2005, and has been listed as a “Super Lawyer” in Missouri for the last several years. He has also been ranked annually by St. Louis Magazine as one of St. Louis’ “Top Lawyers” for municipal law, and was named the “Municipal Lawyer” of the year in St. Louis in 2014 by Best Lawyers.” He has lectured on a wide range of topics relating to employment law and constitutional law. For over 30 years, he has worked in a general litigation practice with a focus in the areas of constitutional law, personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, municipal law, and other cases involving personal and emotional injuries.

Mr. Henson has had the unique experience of both defending cases brought against individuals for personal injuries as well as representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence and wrongful conduct of others. His extensive experience in handling all types of litigation has heightened his ability to evaluate cases in the best interest of his clients to determine cases that should be resolved and ones that should be litigated in a court of law. Mr. Henson takes pride in the personal attention and service that he provides to his clients to ensure that the rights of each client are protected. He devotes substantial time and energy to each case to strive to achieve successful results for his clients.
