Marissa A. Martino

Marissa Martino is a member of the Firm’s business and corporate law department. Her practice encompasses business and corporate, general litigation, real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax.

Ms. Martino brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her practice, combining her experience in litigation with her law school and undergraduate academic background in business. This foundation allows her to approach legal matters with an understanding of both legal issues and broader financial and business considerations that may affect her clients. Ms. Martino is committed to building strong client relationships through individualized attention, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Prior to joining PCB, Ms. Martino practiced litigation, primarily handling complex contractual, regulatory, statutory, and employment disputes in the healthcare realm. In her work, she developed experience representing clients on both sides of civil litigation, bringing a well-rounded perspective on dispute resolution and litigation strategy to PCB.

When she is not working, Ms. Martino loves baking, reading, watching movies, and exploring coffee shops around St. Louis.
