Jessica N. Wagner focuses her practice on family law litigation, including complex and high-conflict cases involving dissolution of marriage (divorce), paternity, child custody, child support, spousal support, motions to modify, enforcement (contempt) and relocation. Ms. Wagner majored in Human Development and Family Studies in college and has made the integrity of the family unit a focus of her practice. She understands that the legal system can be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to navigate alone, and that keeping one’s focus on the best interest of the children can be emotionally draining. She takes an honest and candid approach in counseling her clients through their legal circumstances, and prioritizes communication and transparency with her clients, making sure to keep her clients informed regarding the progression and possible outcomes of their case.
