Block retired as a Circuit Judge in St. Louis County at the end of 2003 and has quickly developed a reputation as a zealous advocate for her clients’ complex family law matters. A sought-out speaker at legal education presentations, Block has educated lawyers and others associated with court practices locally, nationally and internationally. Her leadership as Adminstrative Judge of the Family Court of St. Louis County has resulted in sustained focus on domestic violence, permanency for foster children and a deeper appreciation for the role of the family court judge.
