The Missouri Bar has issued the 8th edition of its Family Law Deskbook, containing chapters covering a wide variety of family law-related topics. This latest edition, the first since 2012, will be relied upon by lawyers and judges across the state for guidance in such issues as child support and custody, property division, spousal support, and a host of others.
As has been the case for each edition published since the Firm’s founding in 1994, several Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal family law attorneys have contributed chapters to the new book:
- Marriage: Alisse C. Camazine and Eleanore I. Palozola
- Dissolution of Marriage: Amy Rebecca Johnson
- Mediation, Collaborative Family Law, and Other Forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution: Alan E. Freed
In addition, retired PCB attorney Bruce E. Friedman wrote the chapter on Antenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal takes great pride in the Missouri Bar’s confidence in the skills and experience of our attorneys as demonstrated in this new publication.
