Dan Card was an extraordinarily gifted and intelligent attorney, noted in particular for his skills as an appellate advocate. His book on appellate practice continues to be used by lawyers throughout Missouri. Dan was a mentor and friend to all who were fortunate enough to practice with him. He left an important and lasting impression on this Firm and on lawyers across the state.
