Three of Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal’s family law attorneys will be speaking at the Missouri Bar’s annual Family Law Conference, to be held in Branson from August 3rd to 5th. Tim Schlesinger will be discussing how to effectively agree upon the treatment of frozen embryos in divorce cases. Tim recently won a widely publicized Missouri Court of Appeals case that created new law in this changing and expanding area. Alan Freed’s topic will be “Understanding the Appeal Process – from filing the notice to oral argument, and all of the critical, technical details in between.” Susan Block, a former family court judge, will head up a panel of current family court judges on “What Every Family Law Lawyer Should Know About Domestic Violence.”

The Family Law Conference has been conducted annually by the Missouri Bar since 2001 and attracts a large number of lawyers from across the state.
