Moore Named Volunteer Lawyer of the Month

Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal attorney Lisa Moore was named September Volunteer Lawyer of the Month by the Honorable Richard B. Teitelman Memorial St. Louis Pro Bono Challenge, sponsored by the Bar Association of Metropolitan Missouri. Moore serves as the Firm liaison to Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and to the Pro Bono Challenge. She has a long history of assisting survivors of domestic violence through her volunteer efforts, and she arranged for the Firm’s participation in a legal information clinic at Safe Connections. Moore points to a quotation attributed to Marjorie Moore that inspires her pro bono work: “Volunteering is the ultimate exercise in democracy. When you volunteer, you are voting every day for the type of community you want to live in.”
