Block Honored for Service to Children

Paule Camazine & Blumenthal attorney Susan Block was recently recognized at the annual Caring for Kids fundraiser for her service to the organization. Block was a founding member of CFK, after she retired as Administrative Judge of the Family Court of St. Louis County, and re-entered the private practice of law. Her recognition that children involved in the court system had urgent needs that needed to be met served as the foundation for the mission of this group. CFK is best known for providing items like beds that allow children to be returned to their rehabilitated parents, after having been removed by the court due to issues such as mental health and substance abuse. Block has been an active board member and led the development committee in raising funds for these needs.
