On March 17, 2020, the US Treasury Department announced it has extended the deadline to pay 2019 federal taxes 90 days past April 15th. However it did not extend the deadline to file your income tax returns; the deadline to file 2019 federal income tax returns remains April 15, 2020.

We continue to receive information from state agencies regarding taxes and will share it as we receive it. As with many issues right now, we will continue to monitor the Treasury and other governmental notifications on a daily basis. For questions about this, or any other questions about your taxes, please call one of the attorneys at Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C.
