Tim Schlesinger to Speak on Alimony and on Surrogacy

Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal attorney Tim Schlesinger has been selected to be the presenter for the National Business Institute’s nationwide seminar on the topic of alimony (called maintenance in Missouri), on December 19, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Schlesinger, a well-respected authority on family law and related issues, will deliver his national seminar, titled “Litigating Alimony Issues,” via teleconference and the internet. Mr. Schlesinger, who is in demand as a speaker and presenter on the legal aspects of surrogacy, also recently made a presentation at the 2012 Regional Conference of the National Association of Legal Secretaries on the topic of surrogacy.
