Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal attorney Bruce Friedman was a featured speaker at the Alzheimer’s Association St. Louis Chapter’s annual Affair to Remember, held on May 2 at the Hilton Frontenac. With a “Casino Night in Monte Carlo” theme, the evening’s festivities included an auction to fund programs, support, and research. The evening was emceed by KSDK’s Art Holliday. Friedman shared the story of his wife’s personal battle with younger-onset Alzheimer’s. Attendees also heard research and global updates from Harry Johns, CEO, National Alzheimer’s Association, and internationally known Alzheimer specialist Dr. Maria Carrillo, Chief Science Officer, National Alzheimer’s Association. Over $120,000 was raised during the auction, which was held immediately following Bruce’s speech.
