David comes to Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal from a nine-year general practice in Nevada, Missouri. While his emphasis has been in family law, he has gained a variety of experiences in many other areas as well, reaping the benefits of a practice outside an urban center. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he was selected for the National Trial Team and was Articles Editor for the Urban Lawyer Law Journal.
David has extensive trial experience in divorce and custody cases, modifications of custody and support orders, juvenile abuse and neglect cases, guardianships of children and adults, paternity actions, and adult abuse and child protection hearings. He also has represented families in adoptions: both step-parent adoptions and contested adoptions. David also serves as a guardian ad litem and has attended several guardian ad litem workshops.
