With many years of in-house corporate counsel experience at two major St. Louis based companies, Stefanie has extensive legal and business expertise in corporate law, information technology, computer and internet law, purchasing and sales of goods and services, resolution of employment issues and preparation and negotiation of employment agreements and severance packages, mergers and acquisitions and other transaction-related areas. Because many marriage dissolutions involve complex business assets, Stefanie works with the family law group. She provides practical, results-oriented advice on all aspects of the business organization and the day to day operation of the client's business including risk management, merger and acquisition, and legal audits, centralization and standardization of purchasing and sales functions. |
