Recently Peter A. Gianino and Melissa G. Nolan held H-1B presentations for students at Southeast Missouri State University, University of Misssouri-St. Louis, and Soutwest Missouri State University.
The St. Louis International Education Consortium invited Melissa and Pete to present "When International Students Break the Law," covering the legal implications for international student with respect to arrests, convictions, DUIs, moral turpitude and others. Discussions included which crimes are more problematic and what kinds of resolutions seem simple but create serious immigration implications.
