Peter A. Gianino is now a shareholder in the firm following after seven years as an associate. Peter received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 1997, and his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2001. Pete is a skilled litigator who is developing a reputation trying cases in the most challenging areas of law. He has litigation experience at the trial court level in State, Federal and Immigration courts and in the Courts of Appeal. In addition to litigation, Pete practices in several areas of immigration including family-based, employment based and asylum. He has represented numerous clients with cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Pete is licensed to practice in Missouri.
