Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal Achieves Significant Immigration Victory

Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C.'s immigration team achieved an important victory in Immigration Court. Pete Gianino, along with his dedicated team, represented a young family and prevented the deportation of a highly educated, philanthropic foreign national who has a wife and child who are U.S. citizens. At court, Pete successfully established that the U.S. citizens would experience extreme hardship in the event of their relative's deportation. As a result of the Immigration Court victory, the foreign national became a permanent resident of the United States and the family remained intact so they can continue to contribute to society in the U.S.
