The Department of State has announced that the 2013 Diversity Visa Lottery will open at noon (EDT) on Oct. 4, 2011, and will close at noon (EDT) on Nov. 5, 2011. Anyone interested in participating in the Diversity Visa Lottery must submit their entry electronically during this timeframe.
